8.15am Arrived at Yuhua Community Centre and at waiting area for pre-registration
COVID-19 Vaccination Singapore Government
8.30am Called to go to Pre-Registration counter where they will ask for medical history and any allergy.
8.40am Went to a booth and took the 1st vaccination dose. The needle was about an inch long. Slight pain when the needle goes in and painless after.
8.41am Went to the waiting area for 30-mins observation
9.09am Was discharged from the observation area.
There was a bit of numbness at the injection area and the left arm felt tired after an hour.
Do remember to go washroom and pee as the whole process is about 45 mins (with no toilet break). As the place is air-conditioned, bring a jacket as it can be cold.
Our Singapore Government has done an excellent job in organizing the entire efficient process and even provided free bottle of sanitiser and one box of masks.
