Decided to take precaution against Pneumonia and Influenza.
Booked an appointment with Jurong polyclinic.
The nurse took me into a room and started to take out two huge syringes.
Two injections were made, one in each side of the arm.
It was quick and with minimum pain.
Strangely in 2018, I did not caught any cold or flu, and no sore throat during 2018.
It works !
