Designed to offer a detailed account of the family’s history, origins, and significant events.
The Woon family has a rich history that spans several centuries.
Our roots can be traced back to ancient China, where our ancestors settled in the fertile plains of Canton Province.
One of the most significant events in our family’s history was the migration of my great-great-grandfather, who sought better opportunities during the tumultuous times of the Chinese Civil War.
He established a new life in Singapore, where he started a small business that eventually grew into a successful enterprise.
Our family has always been proud of its academic achievements and continues to inspire many members of our clan.
Every year, we gather for the Woon Family Reunion, where we share stories, celebrate milestones, and strengthen our bonds as a family.
The reunion is a highlight of the year, featuring traditional games, delicious food, and heartfelt conversations.
These gatherings help us preserve our heritage and ensure that each new generation feels connected to their roots.
